Maid in North Carolina house cleaning estimates are based upon the square footage of a home in average condition. Your personal service may be higher or lower depending upon certain variables; pets, amount of furnishings and knick-knacks, etc.
Regularly scheduled basic cleaning services are set on a flat-fee basis with the fee individualized for each home.
Another option is our Customer Preference Cleaning, known as the “CPC”, which may be customized to include two or more hours of any items from both the basic cleaning and deep cleaning lists. For example, a customer might choose a 5 hour CPC for an investment of $325.
