Hiring Now: General Manager for a highly rated Maid Service located in the Triad, North Carolina.
The General Manager is responsible for turning prospects into customers and developing long-term business relationships with customers and employees. The General Manager responds to phone, e-mail and text queries in a timely manner and delivers a positive experience to prospects and customers alike. This is a critical role in providing information in a manner that builds trust and confidence in customers and employees, while meeting business goals.

​The General Manager requires a "can-do" attitude; stable background; great sales history; experience in hiring employees; excellent references; maturity; exceptional moral values; and a spotless criminal record. Sales account management experience is required. Exceptional telephone, computer, and internet skills are a necessity.

Compensation is hourly PLUS commissions, with hourly pay based upon experience and results.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting prospects by phone, text, and e-mail to promote services

Preparing estimates and e-mails for sales and follow up contact

Accurately entering customer information into a database (MS Access)

Preparing customer letters and forms for jobs sold (MS Word)

Following up with customers and prospects by phone, text, and e-mail

Reaching out to dormant customers

Human Resources Management
